A Creative Life

Paint BIG and Dream BIG A couple of years ago I did a wonderful painting course with an artist, tutor and mentor - Angela Murray. It had been years since I had done any painting.  Although I love art! I'd done art at school and was one of the top students in my class.  BUT - more recently I'd been saying to myself "Oh I will get into my art once I have a studio.. because I need somewhere to make a mess and I don't have that kind of space where I live right now." Well after doing Angela's course over a period of about 8 weeks - I found myself saying "Why had I ever stopped?"   It didn't matter whether I didn't have the right space or not.  Or that I didn't have the ideal little studio out the back of a little cottage - the place that exists in my dreams. The place where I long to be living one day.  What mattered more than anything was that I was doing it. Now! That I was being creative.  That was what mattered the most.   I found myself ...
